Who am I?
Everyone deserves a safe and respectful work environment. Yet sometimes, situations arise in which you may feel unsafe, excluded, or unheard. In those moments, it’s essential to have someone you can turn to — someone who truly listens, who is independent, and who helps you explore what’s needed, and what you need.
That’s the role I gladly take on as an external confidential advisor.
With a background in clinical pedagogy and extensive experience in HR across various roles and sectors, I understand both people and the systems they work in — a vital combination in conversations where trust and safety are key. I’m a calm, reliable conversation partner, offering space without judgment.
My greatest passion is sailing. On weekends, I leave the buzz of Amsterdam behind to spend time on the water and in nature, together with my partner and our dog.
