After 20 years of experience as a manager within production and logistics, I started as an independent consultant from 2020 and a registered mediator and LVV registered confidential advisor as from 2024.

With my Polish roots, I can build a bridge between Dutch employers and their Polish employees. Polish is my mother tongue and I’m a Dutch resident for over 23 years and also speak the Dutch language fluently. Both the Polish and Dutch cultures I know well. As well as the differences between these cultures, which regularly cause tension, often due to misunderstanding.

With my experience and the knowledge I have gained, I have been able to help several employers and employees in recent years. From previous assignments I hear back that I’m calm, non-judgmental and a good listener. I am honest, goal-oriented, and keen on a good outcome for everyone. I quickly see the problem and ask the right questions so that people eventually come to a solution on their own.

Who am I: I am a father of two daughters and live together with my partner. I strive for a good work-life balance and enjoy time with my family.

Work region: Available throughout the Netherlands, preferably through Teams for assignments within the Randstad.

Target group: Technical staff, production employees and executives. Specialization in mediation and conflict management.

Languages: Dutch and Polish.
