Who am I ?
My career is characterized by diverse roles and education, driven by curiosity and above all the practical application. From training in healthcare and medical diagnostics, my interest increasingly shifted towards organizational and project management. Translating content into daily practice is inevitable linked to implementation and, therefore, the people involved in the process. Well-being, safety, and integrity of action are the most important pillars of sustainable employability in the work environment. This requires care and genuine attention. In my role as a confidential advisor, I listen, guide, and advise where necessary. Moving forward with confidence—that’s what I stand for!
I enjoy spending my free time cycling in the area of eastern Netherlands, but also on holiday cycling tours in Europe with my partner. Making our city garden increasingly biodiverse and colorful, and practicing Japanese flower arranging (ikebana), give me great pleasure and satisfaction. Above all, I enjoy spending time with our family and a wide circle of friends.
