For the past few years, I have been working as a counsellor and manager within a national crisis helpline. Here I provide telephone support to people in need from all walks of life. I help with their issues and problems (nothing is too big or too small). In addition, within the floor management position, I am pivotal in representing the interests of both mental health care providers and management. Important values for me are openness and transparency. These values are the first step towards a safe place for yourself, each other and/or the workplace.
Who am I?
In my free time, I am basically always on the go: visiting friends, discovering new places, experiencing new cultures. Nearby or on the other side of the world, I like to discover it all.
