I have more than 20 years of experience as an HR professional and serve as a trusted advisor to boards and management teams. In addition, I work as an External Confidential Counsellor, providing employees with a safe and confidential space to share their concerns. I listen without judgement, help them gain clarity about their situation, and support them in exploring their options and possible next steps.

Who am I?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Richard and our son Mike. Although he has left home years ago, we still speak almost every day. I like to unwind by road cycling or fitness. We are also a foster family for KNGF guide dogs, and I enjoy gundog training with our Golden Retriever, Rocky.
