- Are carefully selected for their expertise and experience
- Are certified with the National Association of Confidential Advisors (LVV)
- Take intervision and continuing education seriously
- Have excellent conversation skills
- Are individuals we would want to have a confidential conversation with ourselves
- Speak Dutch, English, German
